For as long as I can remember, I have had digestive issues of some kind. Even as far back as a small child, my parents said I was constantly plagued with stomach pains and ailments. I could chalk this up to genetics or being born a nervous person, fearing everything from spiders to heights to amusement park rides, but as I got older, there was more to it.
